Redkey Transportation Service provides superior special needs transportation to and from school by focusing on the needs of every person and providing the most reliable experience possible. We match the same driver to the same child* to promote consistency, relationships, safety, and comfort. We make your transportation needs as simple and smooth as possible.
*There will be occasions when a driver is sick, and another driver will be provided. Parents/Schools will be notified ahead of time if a different driver will be used.

Existing Parent/Guardian FAQs
If your child uses Redkey services through your school district, please contact that district’s Transportation Department for a change in pickup/dropoff location, questions about an incident, or any other changes needed with your child’s transportation.
If your child uses Redkey separately from your school district or as a private service, contact Redkey with all of your questions.

If you are interested in shared rides for your child and Redkey is already servicing your school district, then contact your school to inquire about using our transportation services.
If you prefer private transportation and/or Redkey is not yet servicing your school district, please contact Redkey.

All of Redkey Transportation’s vehicles are equipped with a Safety Alert System. This will alert our dispatchers immediately if there is a breakdown or accident. Our drivers also have direct access to our dispatchers with Real-Time Dispatch in case of an incident.

While Redkey does not currently offer wheelchair-accessible transportation, our vehicles are equipped to handle child - to - adult-size car seats, vests, straps, or restraint systems needed for your child.

Currently, Redkey provides transportation services for children with Autism, behavioral issues, nonverbal, Downs Syndrome, young adults needing transportation to vocational schools and other specialty schools.

Redkey can provide car seats, boosters, straps, vests, and restraints for transporting your child. Please submit your request at least one week before services start.

Redkey can provide transportation for an aide to ride along with your child, as long as we know at least 48 hours prior to your pick-up. Please be sure to include this information when we are quoting you and/or your school.
